March 2022 Meeting & Updates

Good Sunday RDTAC:

The March RDTAC will be this Saturday, March 12th at 2:00 pm.  The agenda and Zoom information will be sent later this week.  Please see below information and updates:

1.      The RDTAC Logo is officially trademarked!  See attached letter from the Department of the Secretary of State, Elaine F. Marshall.  Thank You to Amanita Thomas for spearheading this important project.

2.    Thanks RDTAC members – Henry Wall, Ed and Muriel Henderson and Fred Smith(host), for supporting Treeo’s 2nd Annual African-American History Program on February 23rd for Black History month.  Lillie Head spoke about the United States Public Health Syphilis Study.  The RDTAC gave her a corsage and a keepsake calendar.  See attached program and below pic.  Ms. Head is 2nd from right.

3.    Please see attached 2022 TU football schedule.  Note 9-10-22 TU @ Hampton and 11-5-22 Miles @ TU HOMECOMING.

4.    2022 RDTAC Dues are now due.  Dues are $70, single and $130, couple and can be mailed to Melvin McCain – 111 Lewey Brook Drive, Cary, NC  27519.  Now is a great time to join YOUR alumni club and support Mother Tuskegee.  Any TU Alumni, not previously a member, that pays dues in March will receive a free 2022 RDTAC Calendar!  😊
