RDTAC Scholarship
The 2023 RDTAC Scholarship Application is due June 1, 2023. The 2023 application is below:

Requirements:
1. Must be enrolled as a full-time student
2. Must have completed at least one semester as a full-time student at TU.
3. Preference will be given to residents of Durham, Wake, Orange, Person, Chatham, Alamance, Johnson, Granville or Franklin counties. If no student applies from these counties, the scholarship will extend to residents in the state of North Carolina and then South Carolina.
4. Student must have a GPA of 2.75 (4.0 scale). Provide an unofficial transcript (screenshot).
5. Provide two signed recommendation letters from individuals who can speak to the integrity and motivation of the applicant and the applicant personally.
6. Completed applications must be received, via email, by June 1, 2023. The scholarship will be distributed by the September meeting.

2022 RDTAC Scholarship Recipient
Congratulations to AriAnna Thomas as the recipient of the 2022 RDTAC Scholarship in the amount of $1,000. AriAnna is a rising Senior majoring in Nursing with a minor in African-American Studies. She is the daughter of Amanita Thomas.
2021 RDTAC Scholarship Recipient
Congratulations to AriAnna Thomas who is the recipient of the 2021 RDTAC Scholarship. AriAnna is a rising Junior majoring in Nursing and minoring in African American Studies. She is the Junior Class President and the daughter of Amanita Thomas. We’re proud of you!
2020 RDTAC Scholarship Recipient
Congratulations to Miles T. Wiley, the 2020 RDTAC Scholarship recipient. Miles is a Senior Biology major graduating in May. Miles will be attending graduate school in the Fall with aspirations of becoming a Pharmaceutical Scientist.

2019 RDTAC Scholarship Recipient
Congratulations to Miles T. Wiley, the recipient of the 2019 RDTAC Scholarship in the amount of $1,000. Miles is a rising Junior majoring in Biology with plans to become a Forensic Scientist. He is an active member of the SGA and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Miles is the son of alumni Gary and Alicia Wiley.
