September 2019 Meeting

Greetings Tuskegee Alumni:

The summer has come and gone and it’s time to get back to work 😊 .  The September meeting will be Saturday, September 14th 2-4 pm.  Ed and Muriel Henderson are our gracious hosts.

Important items on the agenda are the SE Region TNAA 2019-2021 Leadership, Tuskegee University 2020 Calendar and 2019 TU Homecoming. 

Alumni, 2019-2020 dues are now being accepted.  The TNAA Fiscal year is from July 1st to June 30th.   Dues are as follows:  Single - $70, Couples - $110.  Please consider paying your dues to support the RDTAC.  If you can’t make the meeting, please mail your dues to:  Melvin McCain, Treasurer, P.O. Alumni, the Fall is a very busy time for College Fairs.  I would like Tuskegee University to be represented as much as possible.  The upcoming College Fairs are:

1. September 21st – 5th Annual HBCU College Fair at Broughton High School, Raleigh: Saturday, 10 – 1 pm
   
2. September 28th – 7th Annual “Triangle Kickoff to College & Career Fair” at Durham Armory, Durham: Saturday, 9 – 1 pm
   
3. October 4th – Infinite Scholars at Emily K. Center, Durham: Friday, 9 – 1 pm
   
4. October 9th - 2019 HBCU College Fair at NC School of Science & Math, Durham: Wednesday, 3-5 pm

If anyone can assist with any of these college fairs for either an hour or the entire time, please let me know.  Again, the more the merrier.
