Good Sunday RDTAC:

Yesterday’s meeting was very productive as we received updates on the TNAA and most importantly, each other and our wellbeing.  Here is a follow up to yesterday’s meeting.  Wells Fargo cannot accept Zelle payments because our account is a small business account.  During the summer hiatus, Melvin will research other ways for the RDTAC to receive money.  Melvin will also move forward with getting the RDTAC its own 501(c)(3) status.  This has been discussed in several past meetings.  Attached is the list of Tuskegee Alumni Clubs that signed on to the letter requesting the TNAA Executive Board adhere to the Bylaws, just as they would expect the Clubs to do. 

RDTAC, the election ballot is scheduled to be either mailed or emailed to eligible voters in August and need to be received by September 14th.  As stated in the meeting, the 2020-2022 election is crucial as the results will determine what direction the TNAA will go.  We will meet, via conference call, on August 29th at 2:00 pm to discuss how the RDTAC will vote.  Please mark your calendars.  Have a great summer!

Greetings RDTAC:

I sincerely hope this email finds all TU Alumni healthy, happy and blessed.  The last meeting before summer break will be this Saturday, June 13th at 2:00 pm.  Normally we would not meet in June and July, but this meeting is very important as I will be giving the Club an update on the TNAA.  I hope everyone can attend because I want the RDTAC to receive accurate information before we leave for summer break.

RDTAC, although it was voted upon not to send our dues to the TNAA, we are still collecting dues for the 2020-2021 year.  Dues are $70 (single) and $110 (couple).  Please mail to:  Melvin McCain, 111 Lewey Brook Drive, Cary, NC  27519  Alumni, if you have 2020 calendar money, please send to Melvin as well.  We are wrapping up the 2020 calendar.
