Good Sunday Afternoon RDTAC:

I hope that you and your families are well, safe and adjusting to the guidelines and orders concerning COVID-19.  Although we are not meeting corporately as a club, it is a good thing to be able to communicate with each other by electronic means.  I would like to have a Conference Call meeting on next Sunday, April 26th at 6:00 pm.  The main purpose of the meeting is to check on alumni and see if there are any immediate needs.  The call in information is as follows:  [Contact RDTAC for Call Information]

Happy Black History Month RDTAC!

The RDTAC kicked off February by participating in the 1st HBCU Fair at Rolesville High School in Rolesville Saturday.  Alumni Carlotta Dixon, Gary Wiley and Hadiya Harrigan represented Tuskegee University.  Victor Harris designed and printed our fabulous new screen banner.  See pic.

The February RDTAC meeting will be hosted by alumni Gary and Alicia Wiley this Saturday, February 8th at 2:00 – 4:00 pm.  The address is:  3200 Peachford Lane, Raleigh, NC  27616.  Please come out for the business of Mother Tuskegee.  We look forward to good food and fellowship.

Upcoming Information:  Please respond to Zakiya Leggett and Sam Cooke’s evite if you have not already.  They are hosting TU students this Friday, February 7th for the TU/NCSU partnership.  The link to respond is:  http://evite.me/gEDz7Ubx4x

The Greater Charlotte Area Tuskegee Alumni Club invited the RDTAC to HBCU Night, February 22nd in Charlotte.  Discounted tickets are available for the Charlotte Hornets vs. Brooklyn Nets basketball game.  There is a Pre-Game Alumni Mixer in the Craft Beer Garden from 3:30-5:30 pm with the game at 7:00 pm.  Also, Winston-Salem State University will be hosting Tuskegee University on September19, 2019 for their Homecoming.  Further information and plans forthcoming.

Finally, please keep the following TU Alumni in your prayers:  Fred Smith was in a car accident last month.  He is doing well and recovering.  Nina Cloud recently lost her mother.  Henry Wall lost his wife, alumni Ollie Mae Wall.
