March Meeting

Happy Women's History Month RDTAC,

Women’s History Month first became a national celebration in 1982, though the first celebration was Women’s History Week. A few years later, it expanded into a full month of honoring women’s roles in society, thanks to a petition from the National Women’s History Project, which led the president to proclaim March of each year as Women’s History Month.  Let's celebrate all women and especially the women in your lives.

The March RDTAC meeting will be this Saturday, March 7th at 2:00 pm at the Durham Library located at 300 N Roxbury Street, Durham, 4th floor, room 4311 at 2:00 pm.  Please note the date change.  As mentioned in the previous email, I will be in Wilmington on the 14th attending the quarterly North Carolina Parliamentarians Meeting.  My apologies for any inconvenience.  The agenda is attached and the Zoom link is:


As always, we will be patronizing a black-owned restaurant after the meeting.  The restaurant chosen, again, is Nerra, 506 Ramseur Street, Durham 27701.  We had such a great time in January, it was requested to go back again.  🙂
